Employee Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
All employees, consultants, interns, contractors, and temporary staff of MedEx Distributors are required to sign and comply with this Non-Disclosure Agreement as a condition of engagement. The NDA protects confidential business information, customer and supplier data, pricing structures, operational procedures, intellectual property, and other proprietary information entrusted to personnel during the course of their duties.

This document establishes the Quality Management System (QMS) of MedEx Distributors and provides the policies, procedures, standards, and controls governing all operational activities. The manual is designed to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), quality assurance principles, cold chain management standards, information security requirements, and ethical business practices.
MedEx Integrated Information Security & AI Policy
This policy defines MedEx requirements for information security, cybersecurity, data protection, acceptable use of technology resources, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. It establishes controls to protect company information, customer data, business operations, and digital assets while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and ethical standards. Mandatory compliance is required for all employees, contractors, consultants, and authorized users of MedEx systems and information resources.
Conflict of Interest Declaration – Mandatory Submission
All personnel are required to disclose any personal, financial, business, family, or other interests that could conflict with their responsibilities at MedEx. This declaration helps protect the integrity of business decisions, maintain stakeholder trust, and ensure compliance with MedEx ethical and governance standards. Failure to disclose a known conflict of interest may result in disciplinary action and other measures in accordance with company policies.
